Hall hire

Booking the hall

Contact the volunteer committee by email, phone, or Facebook Messenger (details on our contact page). We'll check availability, discuss pricing, and send you booking confirmation with terms.
Contact us for details. Rates depend on the type of event and duration — community and non-profit groups may be eligible for reduced rates.
A bond or deposit may apply depending on your booking. Contact us for details — we'll explain what's required when you enquire.
Hire typically includes use of the main hall with stage, full kitchen, outdoor servery, fully fenced grassed area, wood-fired pizza oven, tables and chairs, and toilet facilities. Capacity is up to 200 people. You'll need to leave the hall clean and tidy. Full inclusions are confirmed at booking.

Events

Pizza nights & community events

Pizza nights usually run on Saturday evenings, roughly every two months, from 4pm until sold out — a relaxed community evening that's been going since 2012. Dates and the full menu are announced on our Facebook page. Check our upcoming events for the next date.
No booking needed — just turn up. Pizzas are served for a suggested donation (around $22 for favourites like Greek Chicken or Capricciosa). Beer and wine are available at the event, or you can BYO. Indoor seating is available when weather turns wet. Please leave dogs at home.
Yes — the hall is available for private functions, workshops, meetings, and celebrations. Contact us for details on availability and pricing.
Get in touch with the volunteer committee. We're open to ideas that bring the community together — from markets and workshops to fundraisers and social gatherings.
Yes — and we'd love the help. Pizza night is all about people, and it takes a team to create the food and community spirit. Contact us or message us on Facebook if you'd like to volunteer.

Practical info

Getting there & facilities

Repentance Creek Public Hall is at 475 Repentance Creek Road, Repentance Creek NSW 2480 — in the Northern Rivers hinterland near Mullumbimby and the Byron Bay region. Bus routes S300 and S374 stop nearby.
There is a small amount of parking on the hall grounds, as well as parking on the roadside near the hall. For larger events, we can open up parking on the paddock next to the hall with the neighbour's permission.
A ramp and steps lead to the main entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs for an event or booking, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to help.
There is a commercial kitchen available for events. If you want to use the kitchen for a commercial venture, you will need a food licence, public liability insurance up to $20M, and to notify Lismore City Council's Health Department. Contact us for full details.
